The GATE 2026 admit card has been released on the official website at gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Registered candidates can download their admit card online. The examination will be held on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026, in two sessions each day.
JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip has been released. Candidates can view and download it from the official NTA website at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The JEE Main 2026 Session 1 examination for Paper 1 will be conducted on January 21, 22, 23, 24, and 28, while Paper 2 is scheduled to take place on January 29, 2026.

Aliah University Overview
Aliah University Kolkata is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the University Grant Commission (UGC) and the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The admission for various courses are primarily conducted through the Aliah University Admission Test (AUAT), with merit-based entry available for selected programmes. Aliah University campus is equipped with modern facilities and excellent infrastructure. It has all the facilities of a modern university.
Hostel
Aliah University offers residential facilities at affordable cost. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. There is an eight storied hostel building. Students get admission here on the basis of merit.
Central Library
The library in Aliah University started functioning in 2010 in Saltlake. The three university campuses at Newtown, Taltala and Park Circus have separate libraries. The students have access to popular magazines, journals, theses, e-books, reports, e-journals and online databases in Sciences, Humanities, and Social Sciences. The Newtown Library deals with Engineering and Technology, Management, Pure Science and Biological Science collection while the Park Circus library covers the collection on Humanities, Nursing, Law, Education etc. The oldest library situated at the Taltala campus has rare books on Islamic theology, Jurisprudence, Law etc.
